---Sichuan Certified Tax Agents Industry Special Contribution Award Spring Festival Gala

As Sichuan Certified Tax Agents Industry enters into the new phase of the Twentieth Five-year, the industry flourishes year by year and more talents enter in. Sichuan Certified Tax Agents Association and Sichuan Certified Tax Agents Management Center held Sichuan Certified Tax Agents Industry Special Contribution Award Spring Festival Gala in Chengdu Mingyu Shangya Hotel yesterday in order to encourage directors who made contribution to tax industry development, certified tax agents and employees.

The awards ceremony began formally at four o’clock yesterday afternoon. Ms. Luo, the general secretary of Sichuan Certified Tax Agents Association, Mr. Qiu, the president of Sichuan Certified Tax Agents Association, Mr. Zhang Wei, deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation in Sichuan Province, and Mr. Che Wei, deputy director of the Local Tax Bureau in Sichuan Province gave a speech respectively. They made a conclusion about five-year development of the certified tax industry and extend their assuration about the achievement made by certified tax industry in Sichuan Provence during the “Eleventh Five –year Plan” period and their hope on freeing our minds furtherly, overcoming difficulties and forging ahead with determination with strong perseverance. Under the planning and guidance of the tax industry development in the “Twelfth Five-year” period, the certified tax industry can grow better and faster and the target can be achieved successfully.

After the speech, the most exciting award ceremony started. Mr Che Wei, deputy director of Sichuan Local Tax Bureau, delivered a speech and announced winner list. Mr Lan Fenghui, the president of Uni-tax (Sichuan) Tax Agent Co., Ltd, won the Business-Scale Contribution Award. Since the year 1997, he has been working on the purpose of Serve for Taxpayers, Serve for National Tax and serving by law and by standard. Mr Lan focuses on reinforcement of scale construction of tax agent. He responds to Chinese Certified Tax Agent Association to make certified tax agents industry greater and stronger, in order to satisfy the growing cross areas tax service. With great support of State Administration of Taxation and the China Certified Tax Agent Association, Unitax，the first 5A certified tax agent in china and a breakthrough in terms of cross-region cooperation, is successfully founded in Beijing through great effort of all by Mr. Lan and six other one of certified tax agents. In the process of restructuring and integration, Unitax develops into ten wholly-own subsidiaries from original six subsidiaries. The group income in 2010 has increased by 76% than in 2009. The operation scale of local subsidiary company has improved in the original basis. Led by Mr. Lan, we will widen the high level service areas with the scientific concept and make greater contribution to development of our national registered taxation industry in the spirit of zeal and persistence.

After the exciting ceremony, it’s show time. The vibrant and strong sound of drums, like the development of certified tax industry, rock the audience. After drum performance, violinists bring us exciting show. Following the opening programs, it was our company’s turn to perform. After two wonderful dance programs, the sketch, directed and acted by our staff begins. It narrates jokes made by hotpot restaurant boss of inaccurate understanding concerning tax-payment, that brings light and pleasant atmosphere to party.  

After wonderful programs, the dinner started. All people toasted for the vigorous development of certified tax agent industry. Everybody talked happily and finally the party ended. But the bright future of development of certified tax agents industry will not stop. we should further free our minds, be firmly-determined and race toward goal of the “Eleventh Five –year Plan” with passion and courage!
